Short version: we collect your email so we can send you what you signed up for, and we don't sell it to anyone. Here's the detail.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you join the waitlist or the Lazy Memo.
• Your referral data — a referral code and your position in the waitlist queue, generated from your signup so the "share to skip the line" feature works.
• Temporary technical data — your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit signups (stop spam and abuse) and is not tied to your profile.
• Local storage — your browser remembers your waitlist spot on your device so we can show your position when you return. This never leaves your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

• To send you the Lazy Memo and waitlist updates you asked for.
• To run the referral queue and show your live position.
• To protect the service from spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work — never advertisers, never for sale:

• Upstash — stores the waitlist database (email + referral data).
• Resend — sends our emails.
• Vercel — hosts the site (standard server logs).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Delete your data — email hello@lazysmartclub.com and we'll remove your email and referral data from our database.
